Avrow solutions Transportation Management offers referral incentives. Avrow will pay you for each applicant you referred, that which we hire. The more applicants you refer the more you make.

 

Code of Conduct

Avrow Solutions Transportation Management has set extremely high standards that which we expect every employee, employed by Avrow must up hold. Failing to abide by our code of conduct will result in suspension and the possibly of dismissal.

• Prior to being accepted Avrow, Solutions requires that applicants to pass a D.O.T drug test, provide an up to date clean criminal record search and C.V.O.R.
• Applicants must provide three references contacts ( not family )
• Drivers are required to give 24 hours notice for absences, failure to do so will result in suspension with out pay
• Drivers are not permitted to have any open or un opened alcohol in the vehicle at any time
• No driver shall be permitted to drive within 24 hours of drinking. If there is reason to believe that a driver has consumed alcohol within that time frame the driver will be sent home with out pay.
• All drivers are subject to random drug testing, failure to comply at time of drug testing will result in dismissal
• In the event of an accident alcohol and drug testing are mandatory. If driver refuses to cooperate said driver will be dismissed
• No driver shall carry passengers in the vehicle at any time unless permitted to do so with written permission
• All drivers are to follow the rules and regulations of the road
• Drivers are expected to keep a clean and presentable appearance; uniforms are to be worn when mandatory
• Drivers are expected to be polite and courteous when dealing with customers. Both verbal and physical violence will not be tolerated and will result in immediate dismissal
• All drivers are required to attend 5-safety meeting per year, failure to do so will result in suspension

Payroll Services

Avrow Solutions is pleased to offer all employees weekly direct deposit pay. After three months of continuous employment, you are eligible to join our group benefits program. Our Group RRSP is arranged through weekly payroll deduction and can be deposited tax free and fee free into the plan. There are no restrictions on this plan, allowing you complete flexibility in your investing. All of our drivers are paid by direct deposit.

• Source deductions - EI, CPP, income tax, garnishments
• Supply R.O.E and T4's

• Vacation pay 4%, after 6 years employment 6%
